  • Processed RAW telecom data of phone card usage and prepared detailed custom reports based on call detail records. Analyzed call detail data for anomalies and reconciliation. Reports were generated in Excel on the web via ASP/MSSQL. Compared large amounts of call data from multiple sources for patterns and differences.

Web and Multimedia Consulting

  • Developed Intranet system for Bridge Information Systems which featured a search and database management front-end to track packages. Two sites were implemented for Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Developed using HTML, ASP, VBScript and MSSQL.
  • Developed Intranet system for X-Press communications. A database driven web front end for a phone card switch which allowed extensive reporting and management features. Intranet site also back-ended an e-commerce site developed for sale of phone cards generated on the fly by the phone card switch at point of purchase.
  • Designed and developed an e-commerce solution for a lighting design company. A relational database of hundreds of products which can be custom configured and ordered online.
  • Designed and developed an object oriented scheduling system for a photo studio, allowing for students to schedule yearbook picture times online and in the future approve proofs and order reprints and enlargements through e-commerce.

Senior Developer

  • Responsible for developing in-house software and hardware technologies as well as projects for clients. Projects completed:
  • Developed Internet and Intranet site which implemented among other things online job listing and application and live reports.
  • Designed and developed a touch screen friendly web browser to work on a kiosk system for the Newark Public Library using the latest ActiveX technology. Used Java 1.1 to implement a telnet applet within the browser for seamless connectivity to the electronic card catalog.
  • Designed, developed, and implemented an Intranet site for Amalgamated Bank. Using VBScript, ASP, HTML, and MSSQL the site is used by the bank's clients to transfer and receive sensitive data. Additionally developed an application front end running a custom browser for simple one click interaction with the Intranet site.
  • Developed weather search engine for United Fuels in ASP, VBScript, and HTML. Designed to search for weather data and stations using a multitude of search criteria.
  • Developed two versions of corporate marketing CD-ROM. Incorporating video, audio and Internet technologies.

  • Designed and developed web sites by implementing HTML 3.x, JavaScript, CGI via Perl, Java Applets, Shockwave for Director 4.x, 5.x, VRML among other plug-ins. Also implement commerce secure sites employing SSL and Credit Card authorization. Maintained web servers and LAN running under Unix/Apache and NT/IIS.

Assistant LAN Manager

  • Responsible for troubleshooting the University's 5000 node LAN running under Novell Netware 3.x and 4.1. Installed and integrated machines (PC, MAC, SGI, VAX/VMS) to run on LAN. Installed NICs and configured machines with login scripts. Fixed software and hardware problems with machines attached to LAN. Troubleshot software running on Internet Protocols, i.e. Netscape, Telnet, FTP. Helped to implement LAN security.
  • Aided students and faculty with software and hardware problems in computer labs and on campus via phone and in person. Responsible for opening, closing and maintaining university computer labs.
